A present from last week..
As the hot and sticky weather continued, the wickets seem to get more weird each week. Even allowing for the fast outfield it was remarkably difficult to get the ball away from this one, and the wicket started with a lot of variable bounce, went dead, then picked up again. Winning the toss Captain Paddlers stuck us into bat and pretty much everyone got a start and then was caught. There were a fair few drops too, a pattern which was exactly repeated after tea, where Dozy and Siv took blinders and then quite a few us shelled (to be fair, mostly quite tricky) one each!

Off the pitch, Dozy showed us his new Porsche, several new Titan bats were in evidence and the tea hit new heights of inedibility; both teams trooped off to the White Hart for a post game session. All in all a hard fought but friendly game which went to the last over. You can't really ask more from a summer Sunday.

Hi guys, Kevin here, I just read this Match Report, This sounds like a thriller of game. went down to the last over? But I can't believe how you guys lost this game? You don't have a full match report so I'd like to see/read how the game slipped out of your hands? How did the "unavoidables" manage to snatch the WIN away from you? Please write a full match report or Upload a full scorecard. Many Thanks, Yours, KP

HOW?

I'm going to cite data protection, health and safety NSA snooping and insurance concerns and just say whoever it is, the team think he is nicer than me.
