you can use HTML tags to do stuff - here are some common ones - the blue is the stuff to type:

Bold: before the text put <strong>  and after put </strong>
Paragraph: - simply put in <p> where you want one of these

Some notes:

Beacuse of morons on the interweb, we have to have a password but it's not exactly the Pentagon here, so it's four small letters and my frst name like "dick" or "mark".
